After several years in Malmö, Evertiq Expo returns to its roots in Lund. Evertiq Expo Lund is regarded as one of the most important meeting places for electronics design, procurement and manufacturing in southern Scandinavia. We were there and presented our bespoke thermal management solutions at the Sparbanken Skåne Arena.
The focus of our exhibition stand was on high-quality solutions for power electronics that ensure optimal operating temperatures even under high loads.

As part of Power of Electronics in Würzburg, we exhibited our power cooler at the Cooling Days table-top conference.

Seifert’s skiving heat sinks and ThermoFlex series coolers attracted a great deal of interest.
The advantages of Seifert’s new ThermSpread heat spreaders were presented in a practical demonstration.

The conference provided a good overview of the state of the art and the latest trends in component cooling. The combination of a conference covering the basics of thermal management and practical application examples with a table-top exhibition is always a successful concept for providing comprehensive information about the world of thermal management.

In addition, the first prototypes of the CupraMold liquid heat sinks made of copper using the metal powder injection molding process were presented. More on this later.

Follow the trends at Seifert…

PCIM 2025 in a new format for the first time: PCIM, SMT Connect and Sensor and Test as one event in 6 halls. We think the conversion to the new format has been a success. PCIM confirms its reputation as the world’s leading platform for power electronics – with a clear focus on innovation, sustainability and international networking.

The trade fair was very well attended overall, with over 600 exhibitors and a lively exchange among trade visitors. Seifert electronic was able to present itself as a reliable partner for thermal design in demanding applications.

Our highlights at the trade fair:
The power heat sinks FlexFin Skiving and ThermoFlex, the new press-fit solution. Power heat sinks are an economically attractive solution between the proven extruded profile heat sinks and fluid heat sinks.

We are already looking forward to seeing you again at PCIM 2026.

For the first time, we took part as an exhibitor at this year’s Amper in Brno, one of the most important trade fairs for electrical engineering and automation in Central Europe. The event attracted numerous trade visitors from all over the world and provided an excellent platform for the exchange of ideas and innovations.

We were particularly impressed by the diversity of visitors, ranging from established companies to innovative start-ups. The opportunity to speak directly with potential customers and industry colleagues allowed us to gain valuable insights into current trends and developments.

Topics such as the mobility transition, sustainable energy, digitalization and Industry 4.0 were key points of discussion at the trade fair. We are delighted with the new contacts we made and the ideas we are taking home with us.

All in all, our visit to Amper in Brno was a successful start. We will be there again next year!

As part of the consistent hybrid orientation of Seifert electronic as a member of the HEAT SINK GROUP, we have expanded our production capacities.

In January 2025, we visited and audited several selected companies from the Asian region. The new suppliers with different manufacturing specializations enable us to offer our customers additional products with interesting manufacturing technologies.

This allows us to utilize additional resources around skiving and liquid coolers as well as heat spreaders or to offer large series at favorable prices.

The utilization of Asian production sources complements the already broad product range of the HEAT SINK GROUP. Benefit from our new possibilities.

We have added another service to our portfolio. The Celsius EC simulation software from Alpha Numerics expands the possibilities in the field of thermal design of heat sinks.

In addition to the rough estimation of the thermal behavior of cooling profiles and fluid heat sinks using surface and empirical values as well as the possibility of practical thermal test setups, more complex tasks can now also be reliably calculated in advance.

The software tool, which is specially tailored to the field of component cooling, can be used to generate meaningful information on the thermal and flow behavior of cooling solutions.

At this year’s electronica in Munich, we presented our successful range of power coolers in the field of air cooling.

The Flexfin Skiving heat sinks in particular attracted a great deal of interest. This production method, similar to the solar profile power coolers or our Vario heat sinks, allows large amounts of heat to be dissipated thanks to the large surface area.

The skiving heat sinks on display at our booth at electronica impress with their high heat dissipation, maximum design freedom and low initial costs. Flexfin skiving heat sinks
enable heat dissipation quantities that were otherwise only possible with fluid heat sinks.

With the acquisition of the Swedish technology leader Webra Technology AB from Enköping, Seifert electronic GmbH is expanding its successful product portfolio in the field of high-performance coolers.

Under the umbrella of the new Heat Sink Group, many new opportunities are opening up in the field of innovative air and water coolers. The merger of the two companies enables strong synergy effects, which raise the production of Seifert and Webra products at the Ennepetal site to a new level.

Production of the well-known Webra heat sinks will in future take place at the Ennepetal site.
Rikard Buråker, former co-owner and site manager at Webra Industri, will now move
move completely to Seifert electronic GmbH. Since the beginning of 2024, he has been
Head of Sales Europe as part of the Seifert team.

The moment it is let off the hook and stands on its own two feet! The CMX 1100 V high-performance machining center from DMG Mori has arrived.
Over the next few days, the machine will be connected, equipped with clamping devices and tools and prepared for its new task – the production of aluminum heat sinks.

The employees have already been trained; they have successfully completed the training course on the efficient operation of the new machine at DMG Mori.

Thanks to the robustness, precision and productivity of the new 4-axis machine, which is equipped with a large clamping surface, we expect a significant increase in capacity in CNC production – test our new machine.

Also in the coming years, we will continue to rely on renewable energies for the production of heat sinks.
With the green electricity product from EnBW ODR AG, Seifert heat sinks may not be green, but Seifert electronic supports the energy transition by sourcing electricity from 100% hydropower.

Mr. Schumacher will be at your disposal as the new sales manager in the DACH region with immediate effect.
Mr. Schumacher has been responsible for the region around the north of Germany since 01.08.2023. He has now expanded his territory to cover the whole of Germany as well as Austria and Switzerland. Mr. Schumacher is 40 years young and has completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk with a focus on sales and marketing, as well as technical consulting in the field. He can therefore now look back on over 20 years of sales activity in the metalworking industry. He is characterized by his technical understanding, his goal-oriented and solution-based attitude as well as his trusting interaction with customers.

Seifert electronic GmbH establishes a new sales office in Sweden. Ex-Webra Manager Rikard Buråker becomes the new European Sales Director of Seifert electronic GmbH.

We are pleased to introduce our new employee Rikard Buråker, who will strengthen our sales team with a focus on the European market and especially the Scandinavian countries. Rikard Buråker previously worked as site manager at Webra Industri in Sweden and is very familiar with heat sinks / heat dissipation and building customer relationships. The appointment of Rikard Buråker as European Sales Director is in line with our market investments to strengthen the Seifert Electronic brand in the global market.

The acquisition of a high-performance machining center from DMG Mori is a targeted development of our manufacturing capabilities. The CMX 1100 V vertical milling machine is a robust machine that combines high precision, productivity and reliability. With its large clamping surface, the 4-axis machine is perfectly suited for the variable and efficient production of aluminum heat sinks. The machine comes with networking options for digital production as standard and the option to retrofit automation solutions if required. The machine will be configured for the special requirements of Seifert electronic and will be available to us starting spring 2024.
